Please, read before reservation

THE RATES ARE PER NIGHT. PRICE INCLUDES:

electricity, hot water and heating (in case of need), SAT TV and internal calls, wi-fi, garage or parking inside the property, bed linen and towels change once a week, bike storage.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE APARTMENT RATE:

Final cleaning extra € 30 (one-room apartments - small two-room apartments) - € 50 (two-room apartments - three-room apartments); city tax 0,80 € per person per night up to 20 days maximum (excluding children under 14 years).

ON REQUEST:

cot 15,00 € for the entire period

DEPOSIT:

The reservation will be confirmed as soon as we receive your guarantee deposit by 30% of the total cost for staying ( minimum € 120). In case of cancellation the deposit will not be reimbursed for any reason

CHECK IN : 12,30 am  -   CHECK OUT : 9,30 am

The day of arrival the apartment will be at your disposal from 12.30 a.m.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate it by 9.30 a.m.

Please call to inform us if you will arrive after 7 pm. Luggage room is available at arrival/departure day.

In case of delayed arrival or advanced departure you will have to pay for the booked period entirely.

We kindly ask our guests not to host other people in the flat. Pets are not allowed.
